Good morning yogis!
I have had every intention this year to blog more frequently, however, life has been getting in the way and I have quite literally not had the time! Things are about to change! 🙂
Yesterday at Gorton Monastery, we celebrated at one with change and it was amazing. As always, the energy was magical and I felt healing powers constantly throughout the day. Being busy living such a wonderfully enchanting life inspiring others to change, I have not been able to attend the Monastery as much as I’d like too. Once a month they hold at one events that always feel so divinely guided and at the most perfect timing! I would recommend this event to anyone on their spiritual journey, not only is it very uplifting and inspiring, you will meet some amazing people that will change your views on life that become great friends.
I was thrilled yesterday when I was asked to teach during the at one events from now on. This is a complete honour! <3
The Monastery holds a special place in my heart and has always been a huge influence in my spiritual development. I would love for you to join me there next month! 🙂 Sunday 3rd August, at one with abundance. The event runs all day from 10.30am – 4.30pm. My yoga class will be at 12.00-12.45pm. I loved practicing chi gong yesterday, outside in the beautiful garden at the Monastery. Every time I practice the energy is more powerful! I can deeply feel the transitions we are going through and it’s really important right now to ground and stay connected to Mother Earth. Allow your body to receive the upgrade of DNA strands and open up to this powerful gateway for us to ascend to our divinity. Be in the Now for this is all we have. The past has gone, and the future hasn’t happened yet. Unless, you are awake and have transcended time and space, in which you will be enlightened and ready to channel this Light for the good of mankind, to heal the world and help others evolve.
Good Luck to everyone starting the challenge today. The next 21 days has been divinely guided by God and the Angels and I look forward to inspiring you to see the Light in yourself, so you too, can shine bright and expand your consciousness.
