Happiness is an inside job!

Namaste! I hope you are well and in positive spirits! The weather has certainly changed quite a bit this week. The thunder and lightening on Sunday was immense! πŸ™‚

I love a good storm, it purifies the air and washes away anything that no longer serves us bringing in new fresh energy. We can let go of the past and bring ourselves into the present moment, letting go of what was, and being open to receive the gifts that arise by living in the here and now.

The summer time will always be my favourite season, I absolutely love the sunshine it gives me so much energy and life force! It enables me to fast more often as I get my energy directly from Source rather than from food.

It’s been incredible the past 5 years being out of the country during winter time, and not only to escape the cold weather! πŸ˜‰

I love India so much, it feels like my home when I am there. The people are so kind and friendly, I will miss being there this year, however, India is part of me now, I feel her in every fiber of my existence. She is in my heart and soul, the oceans, beaches, forests, trees, mountains, rivers, lakes, temples, monasteries, ashrams and beautiful landscapes. Everything I have ever experienced during my time in India is inside of me, it is part of me and has made me who I am today.

Now is the time to move into a new phase of my life, sharing the knowledge and insights I have gained with others helping them to develop their spiritual practice, awakening to the Divine and ultimately finding their life purpose.

I love inspiring people to create and live a happy, fulfilling and amazing life! <3 After all, that is why we are here on Earth, to enjoy ourselves and make the world a better place! πŸ˜€

It’s extremely exciting times moving forward and it’s wonderful to see our yoga school grow and evolve day by day.

Today I want to talk to you about life challenges and how we can use them to our advantage to become a better person.

Happiness truly is an inside job!

We all face challenges in life, it’s how we deal with them that determines whether we become stressed out or learn from them and grow. What are your challenges right now?

I know one of my biggest challenges being home for the winter will be dealing with the cold weather so I’ve already started working on my mindset now to master control of my thoughts and feelings around the cold.

It’s been great escaping England during the winter months and enjoying the sunshine, it really has revived my soul and I feel like I am radiating so much love and light from the depths of my being! Not only have my previous experiences traveling changed my energies, it has allowed me to uplift the energies of everyone I interact with on a daily basis.

I am learning to embrace all seasons, especially the colder months that I’ve always struggled with. It is interesting how I feel so happy around embracing the cold and I do totally believe that I will enjoy the cold winter months regardless of my past conditioning! I am changing those neural pathways as we speak and I will become a stronger person as a result!

What are you ready to change in your mind and your life? Yoga really does help us to be more positive and let go of anything that causes us distress or lower vibration energy.

Anytime I face challenges, I immediately stop what I’m doing and go shake it off. Then I gently bring my awareness to my mantra and repeat silently in mind until I feel calm and peaceful.

“Every breath is a new beginning…

Inhale… Exhale…

Let Go & Flow…”

After a few breaths I realize that happiness is always there in the still silent space of our hearts! <3

Free Yoga Classes for Mental Wellbeing every Wednesday 10 – 11am

Absolutely LOVED our first yoga for mental wellbeing class it was awesome!

I started off sharing with group the challenges I face mentally during the colder months and how I plan on preparing myself for the colder weather. Rae started laughing and asked me if I was inside her head that morning as she had been thinking the same thoughts! πŸ˜‰

We all shared so much love, support and lots of laughter together and set some positive goals to focus on optimum mental wellbeing. You are invited to join us and start your day the super positive and energized way!

Join us every Wednesday 10 – 11am for a free yoga class that focuses on your mental wellbeing and building positive energy in your mind, which ultimately has an effect on your body, emotions and spirit.

We also have a free yoga class for relieving back pain every Friday 10 – 11am. Our first session was fantastic and it was so good to hear that people’s pain dramatically reduced in just one session!! How amazing is that!! <3
