Cleansing is a gift we give to ourselves so we can feel full of life and more radiant from the inside out.

Every bank holiday weekend I look forward to cleansing, fasting, relaxing and spending time in nature to balance my mind, body & Spirit. <3

The body requires fluids and food to maintain a healthy internal balance and to provide us with energy.

Our bodies are very much like a car engine. If we were to provide any old fuel it will struggle to function properly. When we provide the highest grade fuel we will see the engine functioning at optimal performance. When we nourish the body with natural foods that are easy to digest, it will have the opportunity to cleanse and repair itself.

During a cleanse the body is relieved of the burden of digesting food. Instead, the energy is used to break down the undigested food in the digestive system, releasing toxic build up. There is more energy available to supply fresh oxygenated blood to all the systems of the body improving their functioning. The body is encouraged to eliminate waste and to heal itself.
