You are what you think! The above quote is one of my all time favourite mantras. It’s important to only hold peaceful loving thoughts so we attract peace, love and light into our energy field and hearts. <3
Quite often we have thoughts that are not useful, they occupy our mind taking us away from our goals and aspirations. Any time negativity arises throughout the day, let it go and replace it with positive affirmations.
For example, “I am happy, I am healthy, I am pain free.”
By becoming aware of our thought processes, we can take control of the monkey mind and choose only positive loving thoughts that will bring us closer to liberation and ultimate happiness.
We can use the power of intention and affirmations to re-program the brain and replace negative thoughts with more empowering positive ones. By setting an intention and concentrating solely on this one thought, you strengthen your mental energies and achieve powerful results.
Absorb yourself in positive energy from your food, breathe, thoughts, feelings, other people and situations. Before going to sleep at night, review your day and count your blessings. The more you are grateful for what you have in your life, including good health, the more positive energy you attract further raising your vibrations.
Go to sleep feeling calm, peaceful and know that your angels watch over you while you sleep. Call upon Archangel Raphael for healing in the sleep/astral realm and he will help you to heal and restore on every level.
The quality of your thoughts equals the quality of life you experience
Thoughts are living energies that have an enormous influence
on what you attract into your life.
