Yoga is by far the best way to start your day, it gives you an energy boost, strengthens your whole body, increases your flexibility, raises your vibrations and sets you up for the day ahead.
Since practicing yoga every single day for the past 4 years, I feel fantastic!
It wasn’t always so though.
Before I realized the true healing power of yoga, I suffered chronic lower back pain for many years after breaking L2 & L3. I had limited mobility in my spine and it hurt to stand, sit or walk for too long. The pain was debilitating and was impacting my whole life. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis at the young age of 23 and the MRI scan I went for a few years after my accident explained why I had been suffering so much! The disc between L3 & L4 had completely worn away!
I tried everything to relieve the pain but nothing worked. The doctors told me I’d be in pain for the rest of my life and that I ‘d have to learn how to deal with it. I wasn’t willing to accept this!
