Chakrasana, Wheel pose
I hope you are feeling inspired today after hearing my ‘Big Why’ yesterday.
I truly love practicing, teaching and studying yoga, it is so rewarding in many ways especially when my students share with me their own incredible life changing stories.
On my journey to healing my body naturally, I tried many things to alleviate the pain. It wasn’t until I started practicing certain yoga poses every day that I found a cure to heal my back pain naturally.
After my amazing success with this yoga sequence I created a video so others can benefits from the healing effects of it also.
This video isn’t just for people suffering with back pain, it’s a fantastic sequence to strengthen the lower back and core muscles, improve posture, raise your energy levels and calm the mind.
I still practice this same sequence on occasion and my back still loves it just as much!
I never thought I’d be able to do chakrasana (wheel pose) again after breaking my back and now look at me! I can do many variations of this pose I couldn’t do before I broke my back. This goes to show, you truly can achieve anything you put your mind too!

Listen to your body and take your time with the poses resting as often as you need too.
Measure your pain at the beginning and end by labeling it on a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being the least and 10 being the most painful.
Practice this sequence every single day for maximum benefits to feel your core muscles and spine become stronger as the pain reduces.
