Journey Through the Chakras – A Spiritual Awakening!
My interest in energy work and chakras began around 8 years ago when I was researching natural ways to heal my chronic back pain.
The more I learned about energy and the workings of the Universe, the more I realized we are so much more than physical beings. We cannot just heal ourselves by addressing the physical body only, we have to look at the system as a whole and take a holistic approach to balancing body, mind and Spirit.
The human body is extremely powerful, intelligent and very capable of healing itself naturally providing we create the right environment for healing to occur.
Your thoughts alone have a massive impact on your healing potential.
The power of your mind and thoughts are truly limitless and YOU CAN achieve anything you put your mind too!
Everything in the Universe is made up of energy…
Everything is vibrating, pulsating and moving.
We are all energy and we vibrate at different frequencies depending on how we think and feel. As we vibrate, we attract what is similar to us. Every thought you have is quite literally a signal being broadcast to the universe requesting and asking that you receive more of whatever it is that you are thinking about.
High vibrations create the right environment for the body to heal itself naturally.
Thoughts change the biochemistry of the body and the way we think affects the way we feel.
We are whatever we think we are.
Positive thoughts and feelings raise our vibrations and uplift us. On the other hand, when we think negatively, our vibrations lower giving us less energy, leaving us feeling low. It is important to keep your thoughts positive and in high vibrations.
To heal the body naturally you need to have positive thoughts, feelings and actions and a desire to make lasting changes in your life. When you believe in yourself amazing things happen right before your very eyes as you begin to manifest the life of your dreams!
