12 Days of Christmas Yoga Challenge

I hope you are well and adjusting to the change of seasons without it affecting your moods too much! I’ve always struggled with the cold and have really enjoyed traveling India for the past 3 years during the winter time, the year before that I was in Thailand for Christmas fulfilling my life long dream of staying on a Muay Thai bootcamp training with professional fighters every day. It was truly amazing and something I will definitely do again! πŸ™‚

To be honest, I will truly miss being in Agonda for Christmas and the New Year, it doesn’t help that I have friends already there messaging me asking when I will arrive!

On the plus side, I am thrilled to have found such an incredible Space to manifest Heaven on Earth right in the heart of Openshaw where I grew up – which makes it extra special! It is super exciting creating a magical sanctuary of love and light where you can come to improve your health and wellbeing with yoga, meditation, healing, massage and delicious home cooked vegetarian food!

It feels pretty surreal knowing I will be here in Manchester this year for Christmas and I’m already working on, and changing my mindset around how I feel about cold weather. I am now telling myself that I actually do like the cold weather instead of the opposite I used to say. It really is working as I cannot say the opposite anymore, my brain is trained and has already adjusted! whoo hoo! I love the winter! πŸ˜‰ haha

Along with your daily yoga video, you will also receive a motivational Buddha quotation to help you stay calm and mindful through the often stressful Christmas period. Also included in the challenge, you can take part in the 3 day kitcheri cleanse and learn more about ayurveda and balancing your body-mind type.

If you have time in the morning, it is best to get your day started with some yoga and meditation. It will take just 22 minutes to do both and you will have much more energy throughout the day and feel more positive, making healthier food choices.
