After going to Sharon’s book launch I could not wait to get started reading the book Yoga & Ayurveda: Natural Remedies for Back Pain. Having suffered sciatica after the birth of my little one which led to chronic back pain in my lower back and not wanting to go down the route of medication I was interested to see how the book and natural remedies could help.
